Day 1 - Darwin to Mary River & Kakadu National Park

We travel to the pristine Mary River Wetlands, home to the highest concentration of salt-water crocodiles in the Southern Hemisphere, to enjoy a crocodile and wildlife cruise, then we 4WD along the Old Darwin Road stopping at huge termite mounds and the scenic White Lily Billabong. After lunch, we continue through more beautiful wetland areas to Barramundi Gorge (Maguk), where we do some hiking and enjoy a refreshing dip in the plunge pools. We enjoy the sensational tropical sunset before heading for our overnight bush camp in Kakadu. (LD)

Day 2 - Kakadu

It's an early start to travel to Twin Falls where we join a National Park operated boat and boardwalk experience up the stunning gorge to the waterfall where you can relax on the sandy bank. Then we travel to the awesome Jim Jim Falls, deep within escarpment country, and tackle the challenging climb to the top of the falls enjoying fantastic views over Kakadu. We continue on to our overnight bush camp in Kakadu for a well-earned sleep! (BLD)

Day 3 - Kakadu to Darwin

We walk to Nungulawar art site before heading to Ubirr, an area rich in Aboriginal history with vivid rock art dating back over 20,000 years. We call in at beautiful Annaburoo Billabong for one last swim before returning to Darwin. (BL)
