DAY ONE Fly to Kununurra
On arrival in Kununurra, transfer to your hotel.

DAY TWO Lake Argyle, Ord River Cruise
Travel through the striking and rugged countryside of the Carr Boyd Range. Enjoy a tour of Lake Argyle, the largest man-made lake in the southern hemisphere. Visit historic Durack Homestead, named after the region's most famous pioneering family. This afternoon, join a fascinating wildlife cruise along the magnificent Ord River. Watch for local wildlife, including crocodiles and prolific birdlife.

DAY THREE (L,D) Purnululu (Bungle Bungle) National Park
Board a flight into World Heritage-listed Purnululu National Park, home of the Bungle Bungle Range. This 350 million-year-old sandstone formation is one of Australia's most remarkable natural wonders. Tour by 4 wheel-drive vehicle to Cathedral Gorge and walk up the ancient riverbed and into the sun-lit gorge. Enjoy a relaxed picnic lunch in the shade before returning to our comfortable wilderness lodge.

DAY FOUR (B,L,D) Bungle Bungle Range, Northern Gorges
Today we travel along the rugged western face of the Bungle Bungle Range to the northern gorges. Take a guided walk through breathtaking Echidna Chasm, a photographer's paradise, and considered one of Australia's most amazing walking destinations. Enjoy a picnic lunch and an afternoon walk along an ancient river bed to lovely Mini Palms Gorge, where the afternoon sun reflects off the orange walls, creating an ethereal glow.

DAY FIVE (B) Kununurra Scenic Flight
After breakfast, farewell this awe-inspiring region as you join a scenic return flight over the spectacular Purnululu National Park to Kununurra. Tour concludes upon arrival this afternoon.

Our Bungle Bungle safari camp is fully serviced and permanently staffed offering unique safari style tented accommodation. Twin-share, with permanent lighting, conventional beds offering crisp linen and doonas. Full equipped insect proof kitchen and dining areas. All our camps have hot and cold showers, self composting environmentally friendly toilets and are operated utilising strict environmentally aware principals.
